Role Overview
This is a dynamic and hands-on position, leading the chalet team in delivering an exceptional 5-star guest experience. The primary focus is on outstanding customer service, with the key aim of providing world-class hospitality and creating unforgettable moments for every guest.
As a Chalet Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the running of your chalet, with the support of your team. This includes managing the front of house, driver and housekeeping services in your property. This is a highly rewarding role involving frequent interaction with both guests and team members.

Chalet Maintenance: Identifying and reporting maintenance issues accurately and promptly to the relevant person.
Team Management: Provide ongoing feedback to your team, offering training where appropriate. You may also be required to provide in-depth training for any mid-season new starters.
Environmental Responsibility: Demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability and actively supporting Consensio’s environmental initiatives.
